The CKP V12 filtering cards are made from high-quality cellulose and diatomaceous earth fibers, specifically designed for use with plate filters. They ensure effective and progressive filtration of wines, limoncello, spirits, and other food liquids, allowing you to achieve brilliant and clear results at every stage of the clarification process.

How to choose the right filtration grade:
Grade 0-4 microns: Perfect as the first filtration step. Retains the larger suspended particles after fermentation, preparing the liquid for subsequent steps.
Grade 8-12-16 microns: Ideal as a second filtration step. Reduces fine particles and gives the wine the right shine, significantly improving the final appearance.
Grade 20-24 microns: To be used in the final phase, only after filtering with 8-12-16 cards. Eliminates residual micro-impurities and gives the wine a crystalline transparency.

- Insert each card between each pair of adjacent plates
- Correctly match the surfaces: each rough side must face another rough side, each smooth side to a smooth one
