The 20x20 S/F CKP V0 filter cards are the ideal solution for achieving crystal-clear and brilliant wines, limoncello, and liqueurs. Made from cellulose fibers and diatomaceous earth, these layers are used with plate filters to rough, polish, and sterilize your liquids with professional results.

How to use the filter cards:
Grade 0-4: Ideal for the first filtration after fermentation. They retain larger suspended particles, preparing the wine for subsequent steps.
Grade 8-12-16: The second step of filtration. They retain smaller particles and provide good shine to the wine after racking, ensuring a superior finish.
Grade 20-24: For the final finish. They eliminate suspended micro-impurities, giving the wine a crystal-clear and brilliant appearance. Use always after filtering with 8-12-16 layers.

The CKP Series is the result of ongoing research dedicated to food liquid applications and pharmaceutical solutions. The use of noble cellulose and improvement of the entrance side structure ensure greater yields during filtration. Usage instructions:
