How to Use the Filter Sheets:
Grade 0-4: Ideal for the first filtration after fermentation. They retain the largest suspended particles, preparing the wine for subsequent stages.
Grade 8-12-16: The second filtration stage. They retain smaller particles and provide good brightness to the wine after racking, ensuring a superior finish.
Grade 20-24: For the final finish. They eliminate suspended micro-impurities, giving the wine a crystal-clear and brilliant appearance. Always use after filtering with 8-12-16 layers.
