These filtering cards are made from high-quality cellulose and diatomaceous earth fibers, specifically designed for use with plate filters. Perfect for filtering wines, limoncellos, liqueurs, and other enological products, they ensure excellent results in the three fundamental phases: coarse filtering, polishing, and sterilizing liquids.

When to Use Filtering Cards Based on Grade:
- Grades 0-4: Ideal for the first filtration after fermentation. They retain the larger suspended particles but do not yet guarantee a perfect finish for the wine.
- Grades 8-12-16: Perfect for the second filtration pass. They retain smaller particles and give the wine a good shine after racking. Preferable as an intermediate step.
- Grades 20-24: Use only after filtering with grades 8-12-16. They remove suspended micro-impurities and give the wine an extraordinary final brilliance.
