- Grade 0-4: Ideal for initial filtration after fermentation. Retain the coarser particles in suspension, perfect as the first step but do not guarantee optimal brilliance.
- Grade 8-12-16: Our recommendation for the second step. Retain the smaller particles and give your wine good shine and transparency after racking.
- Grade 20-24: The final choice for professional results. Eliminate residual micro-impurities providing extraordinary brilliance. Use only after completing a filtration with 8-12-16 layers.
