Guide to using filter cards for the best finish:
- Grade 0-4: Ideal for initial filtering after fermentation. They retain the larger suspended particles, perfect as the first step but do not guarantee optimal brightness.
- Grade 8-12-16: Our recommendation for the second step. They retain smaller particles and give your wine a good shine and transparency after racking.
- Grade 20-24: The final choice for professional results. They eliminate residual micro-impurities, providing extraordinary brightness. Use only after completing a filtration with layers 8-12-16.
