The ROVER 24 filter pads are the perfect solution for achieving crystal-clear and brilliant wines. Made from cellulose fibers and diatomaceous earth, these filter layers are designed for use with plate filters and ensure professional results in the filtration of wines, limoncellos, liquors, and other beverages. Ideal for the final stages of roughing, polishing, and sterilizing your liquids.

When to use different filtration grades:
- Grades 0-4: Ideal for the initial filtering of wine after fermentation. They retain the larger suspended particles but do not produce an optimal finish.
- Grades 8-12-16: Represent the recommended second step. They retain smaller particles and give a good shine to the wine after racking.
- Grades 20-24: Our pads offer maximum brilliance, eliminating suspended micro-impurities. Use them as the final stage, only after filtering the wine at least once with filters 8-12-16.
Instructions for Use:
Before inserting the pads into the filter, moisten them with water or the already polished product. Place each pad between a pair of adjacent plates, ensuring that each rough face is facing another rough face and each smooth face is facing a smooth one.
