Made from cellulose and diatomaceous earth fibers, these filter layers are designed for use with plate filters and guarantee professional results in the filtration of wines, limoncello, spirits, and other beverages. Ideal for the final stages of roughing, polishing, and sterilizing your liquids.

When to use different filtration grades:
- Grades 0-4: Ideal for the initial filtration of wine after fermentation. They retain the larger suspended particles but do not produce an optimal finish.
- Grades 8-12-16: Represent the recommended second pass. They retain smaller particles and provide a good shine to the wine after racking.
- Grades 20-24: Our cards offer maximum brilliance, eliminating suspended micro-impurities. Use them as a final stage, only after filtering the wine at least once with filters 8-12-16.
Instructions for use:
Before inserting the cards into the filter, moisten them with water or with the already polished product. Place each card between a pair of adjacent plates, ensuring that each rough side is facing another rough side and each smooth side is facing a smooth side.
