Our 20x20 Rover V8 filtering cards are the ideal solution for achieving crystal-clear and brilliant wines, limoncello, and liqueurs. Made with cellulose fibers and natural diatomaceous earth, these filtering layers are designed to work perfectly with plate filters, ensuring effective filtration in three stages: coarse filtration, polishing, and sterilization of your product.

How to use filtering cards in your filtration process:
Cards 0-4 microns: The first step after fermentation. They retain the larger suspended particles, perfect for the initial coarse filtration of the wine, although they do not yet produce an optimal finish.
Cards 8-12-16 microns: The crucial intermediate step. They retain smaller particles and begin to give shine to the wine after racking. This is the second step of filtration that you must not skip.
Cards 20-24 microns (like these V8): The professional finishing phase. They provide crystal brilliance to the wine by eliminating residual micro-impurities. Important: use them only after having already filtered the wine at least once with 8-12-16 cards.
