Our 20x20 Rover Filter Pads are the ideal solution for achieving crystal-clear and brilliant wines, limoncellos, and liquors. Made with layers of cellulose fibers and diatomaceous earth, they are used with plate filters to rough filter, polish, and sterilize your liquids with professional results.

How to Use the Filter Pads:
Grade 0-4: Perfect for the first filtration post-fermentation. They retain the larger suspended particles, preparing the wine for subsequent steps.
Grade 8-12-16: The ideal intermediate step. They capture smaller particles and give the wine a good shine after racking. Use them as the second step of filtration.
Grade 20-24 (this product): The final polishing stage. They remove suspended micro-impurities and give the wine exceptional transparency and brilliance. Always use after filtering at least once with grade 8-12-16 pads.
