Our 20x20 Rover filtering cards are the ideal solution for achieving crystal clear and brilliant wines, limoncello, and liqueurs. Made with layers of cellulose fibers and diatomaceous earth, they are used with plate filters to coarse, polish, and sterilize your liquids with professional results.

How to use filtering cards:
Grade 0-4: Perfect for the first filtration after fermentation. They retain the larger suspended particles, preparing the wine for the subsequent steps.
Grade 8-12-16: The ideal intermediate step. They capture the smaller particles and give a good shine to the wine after racking. Use them as the second step of filtration.
Grade 20-24 (this product): The final polishing phase. They eliminate micro-impurities in suspension and give the wine exceptional clarity and shine. Always use after filtering at least once with cards of grade 8-12-16.
