How to Use Filtering Cards:
Filters 0-4: Ideal as the first filter after fermentation, they retain the larger suspended particles. Great for initial roughing, even though they do not yet guarantee a brilliant finish.
Filters 8-12-16: The perfect second step! They retain smaller particles and give the wine a good shine after racking. This is the intermediate step that makes a difference.
Filters 20-24: The ultimate finishing touch! They eliminate remaining micro-impurities and give the wine that crystal brilliance that makes it irresistible. Use them only after having already filtered with 8-12-16 cards for professional results.
