How to Use the Filter Cards:
Filters 0-4: Ideal as the first filter after fermentation, they retain the larger particles in suspension. Excellent for initial roughing, although they do not yet guarantee a brilliant finish.
Filters 8-12-16: The perfect second step! They retain the smaller particles and give the wine a good shine after racking. This is the intermediate step that makes a difference.
Filters 20-24: The ultimate finishing touch! They eliminate the micro-impurities that remain in suspension and give the wine that crystalline brilliance that makes it irresistible. Use them only after filtering with the 8-12-16 cards for professional results.
