How to Use the Filter Pads:
Filters 0-4: Ideal as the first filter after fermentation, they retain the largest suspended particles. Excellent for initial roughing, although they do not yet guarantee a brilliant finish.
Filters 8-12-16: The perfect second step! They retain smaller particles and give the wine a good shine after racking. This is the intermediate step that makes the difference.
Filters 20-24: The ultimate finishing touch! They remove the remaining micro-impurities in suspension and give the wine that crystal-clear brilliance that makes it irresistible. Use them only after filtering with the 8-12-16 pads for professional results.
