How to use filter pads for optimal filtration:

Grade 8-12-16 (Intermediate Filtration):
Your ally for the second pass! They retain smaller particles and give the wine a good shine. They represent the essential intermediate step between roughing and final polishing.
Grade 20-24 (Polishing Filtration):
They eliminate suspended micro-impurities, giving the wine that characteristic brilliance and captivating clarity. Use exclusively after having already filtered the wine at least once with grade 8-12-16 pads.
