The EKO 10 Semi-Automatic Labeler is a benchtop machine designed to apply self-adhesive labels and back labels in a single operational cycle, ensuring precision and production continuity.
Versatile and reliable, it can label not only cylindrical containers but also square bottles, jars, and other formats — including those in plastic material — adapting to the needs of wineries, oil mills, and food laboratories.
Main Features
The structure is coated in stainless steel to ensure hygiene and durability over time. The silicon paper drive roller is of the knurled quick-release type, for quick and tool-free changes.
Management is via a microprocessor electronic board, compliant with CE standards. The electrical control allows — with the addition of optional groups — to activate numerous labeling variants: reading marks on the bottom, applying a second label later, labeling square-section bottles, installing the stamp group.
The basic version is equipped to distribute one label per cycle. On request, a steel cart with wheels and brake is available for machine support and mobility.
