Stainless steel self-priming pumps with flexible impellers operating at low RPM, suitable for transferring delicate and fragile fluids, viscous, even with suspended solids.
The pumps are widely used in the WINE, FOOD (e.g., beer) sectors.
The flexible blades of the impeller deform and draw the liquid into the pump, transferring it continuously to the outlet (discharge): this principle combines gentle pumping with high self-priming capacity.
Self-priming: (automatic suction of the product up to 6 m depth even when dry).
Reversible: (operates in both directions, allowing excess liquid to flow back without manual intervention and facilitating the emptying of pipes at the end of the transfer).
Excellent performance: at low RPM, allowing the transfer of delicate and fragile fluids, viscous up to 50,000 cp even with suspended solids and without aerating, emulsifying, or damaging solid parts.
Product transfer without pulsations (continuous flow excellent for dosing, filling, and filtration).
