- Crushing Roller Group: Excludable, in monoblock food-grade rubber, adjustable distance from 4 to 8 mm, with safety springs to prevent breakage from foreign objects
- Roller Teeth: Wide, for a minimal crushing coefficient

The beater shaft and cage are designed for quick disassembly, allowing thorough and deep internal cleaning after each use. The two components rotate in the same direction at different speeds, ensuring a gentle separation of the grape from the stem.

- Adjust the inclination of the blades to control the speed of stem expulsion
- Vary the distance between blades and cage based on the size of the grapes
- Exclude the crushing roller group if you want only destemming
- Choose the food-grade PVC cage for particularly delicate grapes
