The Dynamic Destemmer-Crusher 60 is a winemaking machine made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, designed to ensure gentle destemming and precise crushing, preserving grape quality and optimizing production yield.

Technical Features

• Loading hopper with auger for continuous and uniform feeding
• Polyethylene cage (300 × 1000 mm) with round holes of Ø 24 mm (available on request Ø 22 and Ø 18 mm), beveled on both sides to reduce grape cuts
• Beater shaft with adjustable rubber paddles: adjustment of the distance from the cage and the inclination for softer and more respectful destemming of the grape
• Electronic speed variator (Bonfiglioli Inverter) for proportional control of the beater and cage speed
• Excludable crushing roller group, in monobloc food-grade rubber, with adjustable distance from 4 to 8 mm and safety springs to prevent breakage from foreign objects; wide teeth for a minimal crushing coefficient
• Dedicated motor for the roller group, independent from the beater

Usage Tips

Thanks to the independent adjustment of paddles, cage, and crushing rollers, the Dynamic 60 adapts to different grape varieties and winemaking styles. For gentler destemming, increase the distance of the paddles from the cage and reduce the inclination. For more intense crushing, bring the rollers closer and increase the speed via the inverter. Ideal for medium and large wineries.
