- Never heat empty: avoid overheating the pot when it is empty.
- Food storage: do not keep food outside of a refrigerated environment for more than 24 hours.
- Dark patina: the internal coloration is due to the natural oxidation of the metal, which forms an inert protective barrier. It should not be removed!
- Cleaning and polishing: use specific products to keep the pot shining.
- Watch out for heat: the pot becomes very hot during cooking. Handle it carefully using the handle.
