Description
Complete centrifugal clutch for TJ53E, designed to transfer engine rotation to the transmission only when the speed increases, minimizing jerks and helping to maintain a progressive engagement during operation. It is a recommended solution when the original clutch slips, struggles to "engage," generates abnormal vibrations, or shows signs of wear on the friction surfaces and the return spring. In the exploded view, the weights/clutches with their supports and the spring can be recognized: once assembled, the set works in a balanced way to ensure smooth engagement and clean disengagement when releasing the throttle.
Technical Specifications:
- Type: complete centrifugal clutch.
- Configuration: clutch assembly with two weights/friction elements and return spring.
- Fastening: with clamping bolts.
- Materials: metal parts, typically steel (weights and fastenings) with an elastic element (spring).
- Function: automatic engagement/disengagement of the transmission based on engine speed.
Kit Components:
- Pair of weights/clutches.
- Support/retention elements (2 pcs).
- Return spring.
- Fastening bolt/screw.
