Terracotta Pot CM 14 - The Tuscan Tradition at the Table
Authentic masterpieces of Tuscan craftsmanship. Made by Terrecotte Lotti, a historic manufacturer founded in 1926, this pot embodies the excellence of Made in Italy. Each piece is crafted using techniques passed down through generations, utilizing fine clays and glazes that ensure timeless durability and beauty.
A pot that transforms cooking into an authentic experience, where typical Tuscan flavors find the ideal environment to fully express themselves. Thanks to the natural properties of terracotta, it enhances the aromas of your dishes while maintaining heat evenly.
How to Use It Best:
- Compatible with direct flame, electric plate, and oven (we always recommend using a slow flame with a flame diffuser)
- Perfect for slow cooking soups, stews, and traditional dishes
- The presence of micro-cracks in the glaze is completely normal and does not affect use
Preparation for First Use:
- Completely immerse in water for at least 12 hours before first use
- After each wash, dry upside down for a few hours before storing
A fragment of Tuscan earth, fired in the kiln and shaped by experience, to bring the authentic regional culinary art to your tables. It is not just a simple utensil, but a true showcase of Italian craftsmanship.
