Each barrel is made from European Oak (Quercus Petraea) sourced from Eastern Serbia, with a two-year seasoning. This process ensures wood stability and maximum aromatic transfer. Each small barrel arrives at your home fully equipped:

How to prepare your barrel: practical guide
- Fill the small barrel to 2/5 of its capacity with boiling water and salt, then shake well to moisten every part of the wood
- Let it rest for two days, shaking occasionally
- Empty the saltwater and rinse with pure water, allowing it to drain completely
- After one day, "season" the barrel by filling it with white wine and topping it up for about ten days
- Empty and let the wine drain well for two days – do not rinse with water
- Your small barrel is ready: age your spirit with awareness
