This barrel made of European Oak is the perfect tool for those who wish to age grappa, brandy, and other spirits with professional results. Oak wood, particularly the Oak, is the preferred choice of the most demanding distillers because it is harder and richer in sweet and aromatic polyphenolic substances (tannins), which integrate beautifully with the structure and aroma of your spirits, enhancing their organoleptic characteristics over time.
Certified construction quality: All our models are made from European Oak (Quercus Petraea) sourced from Eastern Serbia, subjected to a natural seasoning of two years that ensures stability and durability over time.

How to prepare your new mini barrel - Step by step guide:
- Fill the barrel to 2/5 of its capacity with boiling water and salt, then shake well to moisten every part of the wood
- Let this solution rest for two days, shaking occasionally
- Empty the salty water and rinse thoroughly with pure water, allowing it to drain completely
- After one day, coat the barrel by filling it with white wine and continue to top it off for about ten days
- Empty the wine and let it drain well for two days - do not rinse with water
- Your mini barrel is now ready to welcome the spirit and begin its aging journey
