Certified Construction Quality: All our models are made from European Oak (Quercus Petraea) sourced from Eastern Serbia, subjected to a natural two-year seasoning process that ensures stability and durability over time.

How to Prepare Your New Barrel - Step-by-Step Guide:
- Fill the barrel to 2/5 of its capacity with boiling water and salt, then shake well to moisten every part of the wood
- Let this solution rest for two days, shaking occasionally
- Empty the saltwater and rinse thoroughly with pure water, allowing it to drain completely
- After one day, season the barrel by filling it with white wine and continue topping up for about ten days
- Empty the wine and let it drain well for two days - do not rinse with water
- Your barrel is now ready to receive the spirit and begin its aging process
