Compatibility and ease of use
The Capellini 150 accessory easily attaches to all Marcato Atlas 150 models (Color, Motor, and other variants). You can use it:
- By hand with the dedicated crank for total control
- With the Marcato Pastadrive motor to speed up production
Safety note: the Pastadrive motor is not compatible with mafaldine, pappardelle, reginette, ravioli, and raviolini formats.
