This plate is made using a simple yet extremely effective production method: two sheets are partially welded and then inflated to create a continuous internal channeling. This system allows the fluid (whether water, freon, thermal oil, steam, glycol, or ammonia) to uniformly reach the entire surface of the plate, ensuring excellent thermal exchange.
The advantages of this technology are significant: reduced material thickness, low costs, and lower thermal inertia, without compromising cooling or heating performance.
