Versatility and efficiency: With the ability to use different types of filtering layers, this device allows you to process large quantities of product while always ensuring impeccable results. Regardless of the type of oil to be processed, the SUPER 40x40 perfectly adapts to your filtration needs.
Construction in AISI 304 stainless steel: Every component is made of high-quality stainless steel, ensuring exceptional durability and great reliability over time. The robust frame is equipped with wheels with brakes for easy and safe handling.
Control and optimization of filtration: Equipped with pressure gauges for monitoring pressures and the wear status of the filtering cartons, the filter allows for constant monitoring. The flow regulation valves enable optimization of filtration based on the type of filter loaded.
Precise and secure tightening: The large stainless steel handwheel with three grips acts on the central stainless steel screw, allowing for powerful and uniform tightening of the filtering pack. This minimizes liquid losses during filtration. The stainless steel drip tray ensures recovery of any product that spills during the process.
Reusable filtering plates: The 30 filtering plates are made of food-grade MOPLEN plastic, easily washable and reusable. Inside, dedicated paper filters can be inserted into the designated spaces, allowing for economical and sustainable filtration with excellent quality results.
Integrated single-phase pump: The EP-MIDEX 220V pump is directly integrated into the frame, ensuring compact installation and reliable operation.
