Robust and Durable Construction
Made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, the SUPER 40x40 guarantees a long lifespan and absolute reliability. The tightening is done via a practical stainless steel handwheel with three grips, which acts on a central stainless steel screw, minimizing liquid losses during filtration. The integrated drip tray in stainless steel allows for complete product recovery, optimizing your results.
Precise Monitoring and Total Control
Thanks to the integrated pressure gauges, you can easily monitor operating pressures and the wear status of the filtering cartons. The flow control valves allow you to optimize filtration based on the type of filter installed, perfectly adapting to your specific needs.
Versatile and Innovative Filtration
The filter supports various types of filtering media for wine and is compatible with the optional double filtration kit. This allows you to use two different filtration grades simultaneously (coarse and polishing), thus eliminating double passes and drastically reducing the wine's exposure to air.
High Performance with 40 MOPLEN Plates
The 40 filtering plates made of food-grade plastic MOPLEN are easily washable and reusable, ensuring economical operation in the long term. With this configuration, you can polish and sterilize white and red wines, sparkling wines, low-alcohol spirits, and herbal products with impressive productivity.
