Born from the extensive experience of the historic company F.lli Marchisio S.p.A in the global wine sector, this filter represents the perfect balance between high performance and ease of use. With a production capacity of 3000 liters/hour, it allows for the treatment of large quantities of product, ensuring impeccable results while reducing processing times and operational costs.
Versatility and Performance
The filter is compatible with various types of filtering media for wine and allows for the polishing and sterilization of white and red wines, sparkling wines, low-alcohol spirits, and herbal products. Thanks to the optional double filtration kit, it is possible to simultaneously use filters with two different grades (coarse and polishing), avoiding double passes and protecting the wine from oxidation.
Robust and Durable Construction
Made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, it ensures a long lifespan and maximum reliability. The 30 filtering plates made of MOPLEN (food-grade plastic) are easily washable and reusable, making the filter economical over time.
Control and Safety
Equipped with pressure gauges for monitoring pressure and the wear status of the filtering cartons, as well as flow control valves to optimize filtration based on the type of filter used. The tightening is done via a robust stainless steel handwheel with three grips that acts on the central stainless steel screw, minimizing liquid losses.
The drip tray in stainless steel allows for product recovery during filtration, while the frame on wheels with brake ensures easy movement in the winery.
