With over 50 years of experience from the historic F.lli Marchisio S.p.A in the international wine sector, this plate filter represents the perfect balance between performance and ease of use.
Made entirely of stainless steel AISI 304, it guarantees exceptional durability and maximum corrosion resistance. The robust structure is equipped with wheels with brakes that facilitate movement in the winery, making the device easy to position and manage.
Superior filtration performance: With a production of 1200 liters/hour, the SUPER 10 Plates allows for processing large quantities of wine in reduced times, maintaining impeccable filtration quality. The single-phase 220V pump mod. JES8 (0.8 Hp) ensures smooth and reliable operation, integrated directly into the frame for maximum compactness.
Flexible filtration technology: The 10 food-grade MOPLEN filter plates are easily washable and reusable, allowing the use of different paper filter layers according to your needs. A double filtration kit can be installed to perform coarse and polishing filtration simultaneously, eliminating the double pass and drastically reducing the wine's exposure to air.
Total control during filtration: Integrated pressure gauges allow constant monitoring of operating pressure and filter pad wear, while flow regulation valves optimize the process depending on the type of filter used. The operating pressure of 3 BAR guarantees consistent and controllable results.
Secure tightening and minimal leaks: The large stainless steel three-handle wheel acts on the central steel screw, tightly securing the filter pack to minimize liquid loss. A stainless steel drip tray allows for complete recovery of the spilled product.
