Made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, it guarantees exceptional durability and maximum resistance to corrosion. The robust structure is equipped with wheels with brakes that facilitate movement in the cellar, making the device easy to position and manage.
Superior filtration performance: With a production of 1200 liters/hour, the SUPER 10 Plates allows for processing large quantities of wine in reduced time while maintaining impeccable filtration quality. The single-phase 220V pump model JES8 (0.8 Hp) ensures smooth and reliable operation, integrated directly into the frame for maximum compactness.
Flexible filtration technology: The 10 filtering plates made of food-grade MOPLEN are easily washable and reusable, allowing the use of different filtering layers in paper according to your needs. It is possible to install a dual filtration kit to perform both coarse and fine filtration simultaneously, eliminating the double pass and drastically reducing the wine's exposure to air.
Total control during filtration: Integrated manometers allow for constant monitoring of operating pressure and the wear of filtering cartons, while flow regulation valves optimize the process based on the type of filter used. The operating pressure of 3 BAR ensures consistent and controllable results.
Secure clamping and minimal leaks: The large stainless steel handwheel with three grips acts on the central steel screw, firmly tightening the filtering pack to minimize liquid loss. A stainless steel drip tray allows for complete recovery of spilled product.
