Versatility of use – Ideal for filtering red and white wines, but also sparkling wines, vinegars, herbal products, cosmetics, natural essences, and liqueurs. Its ease of use makes it perfect even for DIY: simply insert paper filters of different gradations based on the turbidity of the product and the desired result.
Constructive reliability – Made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, the MINUS filter guarantees durability over time and maximum hygiene. The 41 filtering plates made of MOPLEN (food-grade plastic) are easily washable and reusable, making the system economical and sustainable.
