The thermal strap for stainless steel tanks with a diameter of 400 mm is the ideal solution to maintain the desired temperature of your fluids, ensuring thermal efficiency and versatility of use in wineries and farms.

Material and Performance
Constructed from quality polypropylene, the thermal strap withstands up to 3 bar of pressure at +50°C (temporarily up to 80°C) and maintains elasticity even at extreme temperatures, down to -20°C. It works perfectly with hot and cold water, glycol solutions, small percentages of alcohol, and various brines.
Versatility and Ease of Installation
The straps easily connect in series or parallel with quick-connect fittings and connect to the system via threaded fittings. Each module is composable up to 10 pieces to perfectly fit your needs. They can be dismantled and reassembled easily for cleaning, seasonal storage, or transfer from one container to another.
Installation and Fixing
Secure the thermal strap with the adjustable stainless steel bracket, equipped with a pre-tensioning device that automatically compensates for thermal expansions. Wrap the strap in circular or continuous spiral around the tank, distributing it also on the cladding and bottoms according to your needs.
Superior Thermal Performance
Thanks to the direct contact with the tank wall, it ensures optimal heat exchange. It produces minimal condensation during cooling and none during heating, reducing waste and humidity problems. It is possible to insert a probe for monitoring fluid temperature and connect it to the conditioning system with PVC or polypropylene sealed fittings.
It slightly conditions the surrounding environment and can be easily washed with the detergents used for tanks.
