Constructed from durable polypropylene, this thermal wrap guarantees an optimal heat exchange thanks to direct contact with the tank walls. It works perfectly with hot and cold water, glycol solutions, alcohol, and various brines.
The modules easily connect in series and parallel using special quick-connect fittings, while the connection to the pipes is made via threaded fittings. The wrap can be easily disassembled and reassembled for cleaning, end-of-season storage, or transfer to other containers.
Installation and Maintenance
The thermal wrap is fixed externally to the tank in a circular or continuous spiral manner, including the cladding and bottoms if necessary. The adjustable stainless steel bracket features an automatic pre-tensioning device to compensate for thermal expansions, ensuring consistent performance in all conditions.
You can insert a probe for constant monitoring of the fluid temperature and connect the system via sealed PVC or polypropylene fittings.
Reduced Condensation and Energy Efficiency
The thermal wrap produces very little condensation during cooling and none during heating, ensuring drier and healthier environments. It slightly conditions the room externally and is easy to wash with common detergents used for tanks.
Modularity and Scalability
Each module can be easily combined with others up to 10 connected pieces using dedicated fittings, allowing you to adapt the solution to your specific needs.
