The Dynamic Destemmer-Crusher 100 is a winemaking machine constructed entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, mounted on wheels for easy transport. Designed for large wineries, it ensures gentle destemming and precise crushing, preserving the integrity of the grapes and the quality of the must.

Technical Features

• Discharge hopper with chute, compatible with conveyor belt or sorting table, to minimize breakage of stems and grapes
• Perforated cage in food-grade polyethylene with round holes of ~10 mm, beveled on both sides to minimize the cutting coefficient
• Beater shaft with adjustable rubber blades: cage and beater rotate in the same direction, eliminating shredding phenomena and ensuring intact stems
• Easily removable cage and beater for quick and thorough cleaning
• Electronic speed variator (Inverter) for proportional control of the beater and cage speed
