Made with non-toxic EPDM materials approved for food contact, this air chamber ensures maximum safety and quality over time, compliant with FDA CFR Title 21 Part 177.2600 and Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004.
How to install the air chamber in a few simple steps:
- Check the plastic vent valve on the float to ensure integrity; clean or replace it if necessary.
- Insert the nozzle of the new air chamber into the hole of the float, wrapping it around the edge like a bicycle tire.
- Connect the rubber hose from the pump to the nozzle of the air chamber and secure it with clamps to prevent leaks.
- Inflate precisely until reaching the "green" zone on the pump gauge.
- Secure the retrieval cord before placing the float in the container.
