Mecnosud is an Italian company with over forty years of experience in mechanical construction applied to the food industry, specializing in the production of machines and equipment for pizzerias, baking, and pastry making. Founded in 1989 by the Ingrisano family in Flumeri, in the province of Avellino, in Irpinia, the company has its roots in a family tradition linked to mechanics, with the founders' father already active in the production of winemaking machines. The product range includes spiral mixers, sheeters, dough dividers-shapers, and complete lines for the production of bread and baguettes, all strictly Made in Italy. Today, Mecnosud exports to 97 countries and has acquired a plant in France, Gecoma, specialized in the production of baguette machines, thus completing the production cycle from dough to shaping.
