On our online shop www.viviincampagna.it you can make purchases with complete peace of mind and security, just as you would in a physical store. All shipments are accompanied by a regular FISCAL RECEIPT or INVOICE issued in your name, to be kept for warranty purposes.
The prices applied are all VAT INCLUDED and are already the minimum prices. Please do not make further requests for discounts, as these cannot be considered under any circumstances. Prices are to be understood as excluding national shipping (excluding those with free shipping), and are not valid for in-store pickup.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE "ONLINE" PURCHASE AGREEMENT
The general terms and conditions of contract (found on the following pages: purchase conditions, payment, shipping, withdrawal & privacy, warranty) are applicable to all offers on this website http://viviincampagna.it of the company F.lli Marchisio & C. s.p.a, Via San Rocco, 76 24029 VERTOVA (BG) with VAT number 00112480082. By making the purchase, the buyer acknowledges the effectiveness and applicability of these general conditions, accepting them WITHOUT RESERVATION (thus constituting the entire agreement between the parties).
The customer undertakes and is obliged, once the "online" purchase procedure is concluded, to print and keep the general conditions reported on the various pages of the site, which, moreover, they will have already viewed and accepted as a mandatory step in the purchase, as well as the specifications of the product subject to purchase, and this in order to fully satisfy the condition referred to in articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree no. 185/1999.
The buyer is strictly forbidden from entering false and/or fictitious data in the Online Order procedure necessary to activate the process for the execution of this contract and related further communications; personal data must exclusively be their real personal data and not that of third parties, or fictitious data. The customer authorizes the company F.lli Marchisio s.p.a and undertakes to provide, at the latter's discretionary request, a copy of unexpired identification documents. Failure to comply with the request for documents authorizes F.lli Marchisio s.p.a to terminate the contract due to non-performance by the buyer. It is expressly forbidden to make multiple registrations corresponding to the same person or to enter data of third parties. The company F.lli Marchisio s.p.a reserves the right to legally pursue any violation and abuse, in the interest and for the protection of all consumers.
The Customer releases the company F.lli Marchisio s.p.a from any responsibility deriving from the issuance of incorrect fiscal documents due to errors in the data provided by the Customer, the Customer being solely responsible for the correct entry.
JURISDICTION AND COMPETENT COURT
Any dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation and violation of "online" or fax sales agreements obtained through the website www.viviincampagna.it is subject to Italian jurisdiction; these general conditions refer, for anything not expressly provided therein, to the combined provisions of Legislative Decree 50/92 and Legislative Decree 206/05.
For any dispute between the parties regarding this contract, the Court of Imperia will have exclusive jurisdiction
